When someone asks who to call, your name comes up.

Search and AI visibility plans that get established businesses found on Google and Bing, and named by ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Up to 100 real buyer questions checked every month, and a one-page report on what moved and what we did.

Why it matters now

For twenty years, being found meant ranking on Google. That still matters, but more of the decision now happens before anyone reaches a website. Google writes a summary at the top of the page, and when one appears, people click a result 8% of the time against 15% when it doesn’t (Pew Research Center, July 2025).

More and more, people skip the search and ask ChatGPT or Gemini who to call. They get back three or four names. AI assistants don’t invent those recommendations: they repeat what search engines rank and what other websites say about you. That is something you can work on.

What gets you named

  • Be indexed

AI assistants search before they answer, and ChatGPT leans heavily on Bing. We make sure your site is fast, crawlable, indexed on Google and Bing, and open to the AI search crawlers that should be reading it.

  • Be mentioned

How often other sites mention a brand is the strongest signal anyone has measured for AI visibility: industry bodies, directories, suppliers, partners and local press, all saying the same correct thing about you.

  • Be local

Your Google Business Profile, consistent listings and a steady flow of genuine reviews. These feed the map results and the AI answers for anything with a place name in it.

  • Be the answer

Pages that answer the questions your clients actually ask, written from your real projects and numbers, and kept current.

  • Be measured

A fixed set of real buyer questions run every month through ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot, plus your rankings on Google and Bing.

The plans

  • Found: NZ$950/mo with a care plan, NZ$1,350 without

One location, a local market. 25 buyer questions across five AI engines, 30 keywords on Google and Bing, Google Business Profile management for one location, listings clean-up, a review-request flow and one answer page or article a month.

  • Authority: NZ$1,850/mo with a care plan, NZ$2,650 without

A competitive market. 50 buyer questions, 75 keywords, up to two Business Profile locations, two answer pages a month, a new service or location page each quarter, two new mentions a quarter, competitor share of AI answers and a quarterly strategy call. Most clients choose this one.

  • Leader: NZ$3,950/mo with a care plan, NZ$5,750 without

Several locations or a national market. 100 buyer questions, 150 keywords, up to five locations, four answer pages and a new service or location page every month, a quarterly PR push and a monthly strategy call.

Every plan includes a monthly report in plain English. Prepay a year and it’s 10% off. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST.

Why it costs less with a care plan

Search work is half content and half technical. When we already host and maintain your site on a care plan, technical fixes are done by us, usually the same week, at no extra cost. When we don’t, every fix becomes a request to someone else, and plans start with the AI Visibility Audit so we have a baseline.

Not ready for a plan?

Start with an AI Visibility Audit, NZ$1,500 one-off: 30 real buyer questions run through five AI engines, with who gets named and which sites they cite; a technical, crawler and indexing check on Google and Bing; a Google Business Profile, listings and reviews check; and a prioritised fix list, walked through on video. It is credited against your first month if you start a plan within 30 days.

Things we won’t sell you

  • An llms.txt file dressed up as an AI fix

No major AI platform has confirmed it reads one.

  • Guaranteed rankings or AI recommendations

Nobody controls those, whatever they promise.

  • Bought links, link networks or fake reviews

They work until they don’t, and then they cost you.

  • A long report with nothing done

Every report starts with the work.

Questions about SEO and AI visibility.

How much do SEO and AI visibility plans cost?
From NZ$950 a month with a care plan (NZ$1,350 without) for Found, NZ$1,850 (NZ$2,650) for Authority, and NZ$3,950 (NZ$5,750) for Leader. Prepaying a year takes 10% off. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST.
Can you guarantee we’ll rank first, or that ChatGPT will recommend us?
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. Nobody controls Google’s results or what an AI assistant says. We control the work and how honestly it’s measured, and that’s what we put our name to.
How long before we see anything?
Technical fixes and listing corrections show up within weeks. Rankings and AI mentions usually take three to six months to start moving, and keep building after that. Plans have a 12-month minimum term, then run month to month with thirty days’ notice.
Is AI search a separate thing from SEO?
Mostly it’s the same work, measured in more places. AI assistants build their answers from search results plus what other sites say about you, so the plan covers both and reports on both.
Do you work on sites you don’t host?
Yes, at the higher price. Technical fixes are written up for your developer or quoted separately, and plans start with the NZ$1,500 AI Visibility Audit.
Do we have to write anything?
No. Each month there’s a ten-minute questionnaire: what jobs you finished, what clients asked about, and what’s changed. That’s what makes the content specific enough to get cited. We do the writing.
What happens if we leave?
Everything we wrote is yours, along with the Google Business Profile, your listings and an export of your tracking history.
